Here’s what you should know:
• We do not dry clean – We use water-based techniques that are widely used in our industry and are safe for most delicate fabrics, even if the tag says “dry clean only.”
• We don’t clean silk – Silk is extremely delicate and fragile and is best left to dry cleaning.
• The sooner, the better – stains are much easier to lift when they’re fresh so please contact us ASAP after the wedding to get on the schedule.
• Were good – But we’re not wizards. We have lifted everything from wine stains to 4 mile hikes up Mount Baker. Most stains can lift with the proper treatment and technique, however there are some tricky ones that may be forever a new part of your gown.
• If we don’t think we are the right ladies for the job, we’ll tell you.

We offer steaming, not pressing, which is ideal for most fabrics and helps your garment look smooth, fresh, and ready for photos.
Pricing depends on the piece. We work with everything from gowns to suits to jumpsuits. Most dresses fall between $10 and $35, and bridal gowns typically range from $50 to $150. We will confirm your exact price at drop off once we can see and feel the fabric.
Let us take this off your plate. Steaming can be time consuming and tricky, and we are happy to handle it for you.
For the best results, we recommend bringing your item in about one to two weeks before your wedding, with pickup scheduled just a few days before the big day.
