I moved here to Skagit Valley in early August, as a newly engaged woman. A few days into being in Mount Vernon, I’d wanted to see what bridal stores were in the area, and I stumbled across Astraea Bridal via Instagram. Well, to my absolute surprise, they were doing a giveaway to an essential worker! I, somehow, and incredibly luckily, won their giveaway! The entire process was an absolute whirlwind dream for both me, and my now husband. The ladies at Astraea were beyond attentive to what I was looking for, and even helped me to branch out of my singular idea of what I thought I’d want to wear on my wedding day. I pulled up my pinterest to show Laura some gowns that were on my dream wedding board, and she went from there! The ladies were so patient with me during the trying-on process, and even helped me eliminate gowns to eventually make my decision so much easier. I ended up picking a gown that I would have never imagined would be THE dress, and y’all, I cannot be happier! The beauty of a consigned dress is that you can find an incredible variety of styles, colors, and sizes available….without having to wait weeks to have one come in! And they also have wedding attire accessories too! We were able to pick out the PERFECT veil to go with my champagne colored dress, and I’m convinced it was made just for my day. Cannot forget Kristin, with The Town Seamstress either! She was on-site that day and was able to tell me immediately what could be done with the gown to make it fit perfectly. Overall, these women are professional, knowledgeable, and will make you feel your very best. I absolutely cannot recommend Astraea enough.
