We absolutely love working with talented local vendors and meeting new wedding pros to refer our brides to! We like to participate in shoots that align with our values, and speak to us on a creative level. We truly feel like participating in styled shoots is one of the best ways to get to know other vendors on a personal and professional level so for us, it’s less about the photos and more about the networking. 

Just a couple things you should know before we work together…

  1. We require a model fitting to take place in our shop the week prior to the shoot during normal business hours. Since bridal sizing is tricky, submitting measurements just wont cut it. We also like to hand select the dress for the model that best represent our brand. 
  2. Due to the consignment nature of our business, the gowns we carry do not belong to us and will be worn by a future bride therefore, they must be returned in the same condition in which it left the shop. 
  3. Hair and Makeup artists, please refrain from using heavy makeup that could possibly transfer to the dress on the models chest.
  4. When published online, it is required by all users tag Astraea appropriately whenever the gown is shown in photos. No need to tag if the gown is not in the photograph. 
  5. If an Astraea team member can’t attend the shoot due to availability, there is a borrow fee of $100 per gown which must be collected in order for the gown(s) to leave the shop. Upon return, the gown(s) will be assessed by a team member of Astraea Bridal and if cleaning or repairs are necessary, a cleaning fee will be assessed at that time and can be as high as 50% of the cost of the dress(s). Once the gown(s) are picked out for the shoot, and before they leave the shop, any existing damage will be noted.
